Fight or Flight (2018)
H Masacz is a UK based painter in West Sussex, whose work draws on the paradox between the familiar and the subtle narrative underlying contemporary culture. Overall, her paintings are a captivating exploration of the human condition, infused with symbolism, narrative, and a touch of melancholy beauty. The use of oil paints and a limited palette lends an air of timeless elegance to the paintings. Her love for narrative and depth is evident in the intricate details and captivating scenes she depicts..Masacz considers the relationship with art as a constant ‘work in progress’, evolving and changing with the creative current.
Masacz graduated with a BA Hons in Fine Art then studied further at a London Atelier School. Her paintings have been exhibited at the National Portrait Gallery, she has won the Art's Club Award at the RP and her works are held in private and public collections such as Mansfield college, Oxford University .
